I can’t remember when I came across FL but from that first order many years ago to the order I have just placed I know what I receive will be beautifully made and far exceed my expectations. The uniqueness of the FL Families’ products and personalisation also makes the perfect present which the recipients will love. Joining Jess for her live feeds for newbies and one offs always brings a smile to my face . When the box arrives with my order I can’t wait to open knowing that everything will be packed in colourful tissue with love and care. Nothing is too much trouble, customer service at its best. xx

I have loved following you and your family and the help and support you receive and just feel and know your a genuine person who cares about every single item you make and I love it that you can personalise most items. For example my Robin for my Christmas tree and my famous donkey colour change that everyone else loved too. I also love your scrunchies and love wearing them as bracelets. I always look forward to your launch of new products and seeing my little package come through the door.

I honestly can't remember now how or when I stumbled across FL but my goodness am I glad I did!!! I am a big supporter of small businesses and FL is definitely amongst my Top 5!!! Everything is hand drawn, hand cut and hand stitched meaning every single element of every single piece is truly unique and how can you not love that?!?! So many unique and special items for every occasion. Nothing to ever too much trouble meaning you can completely personalise every item to make it even more unique just for you. The whole FL family is amazingly talented and I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I love every single item I have ordered from Floral Lifestyle but what I most love is that it’s a small family run business and how much they care about not only every single product they make but also they care about their customers. My floral bunting is my favourite at the moment and is hanging proudly in the living room

Jess goes above and beyond in making every aspect of enquiring, designing and making so personal. I have had so many ideas in my head (elephants to bookmarks) that I have asked Jess and FL can they make and they have gone above and beyond to try and make it happen. From coming across floral lifestyle on Facebook to now watching every life and having my sons birthday tradition of buying a new animal Jess and a Christmas tradition for buying new decorations. I've been following Floral Lifestyle for months but this month I've put a order in for Easter rather than Chocolate. FL is better than Chocolate. Its run as a family business with Grandpa helping too. Jess is very proactive with her help and suggestions and the products are so well made at great price.

Where to start… I always feel I’m the only customer of Floral Lifestyle as the time and effort Jess puts into my request to the order, is immense Like no other It was a bit of a shock to realise there are so many others out there It’s not just a family business it’s part of my family as they all know who you are and every room has something in it from FL. I call it Flo! As it seems easier Wherever the team are I feel part of it from the various pop ups to launch days and one off videos, to knowing the whole family and the loss of Grandma was felt very deeply by every customer It’s a very personal professional and welcoming feel from the first contact.
