Refund policy

Refunds are only accepted on items that are NOT personalised. Please contact us if you have any issue with an item and we will advise the best course of action.

If the buyer has simply changed their mind with an item and wishes to return, postage costs will not be covered.

If the item is faulty in any way, or not fit for use, we will advise on a case by case basis where refund is due.
